Willow Homes (NE) is a privately-owned Northumberland-based house builder specialising in exclusive developments. Working in partnership with one of the north east’s most established building contractors, Surgo Construction, Willow Homes is combining its extensive experience of development and house building to bring a fresh approach to stylish living in the region.

Currently developing at the former Stannington Nurseries site in Northumberland with a collection of 34 stunning new two, three four and five-bedroom homes, a second development site in Hexham will progress throughout 2020.


Our Approach

As a newly established company, we began with the development of both a corporate brand and a development brand and have used these across a wide range of applications including the website, brochures, point of sale materials both internally for wall displays and externally for site signage, creating, buying and placing advertising and setting up/operating social media platforms.

Understanding the importance of a website as the first thing many people will see as they get to know a new brand and will make purchasing decisions about the product/service afterwards, this was the first project we tackled once the branding was agreed.

Working with Willow Homes (NE) we project managed the website through to completion to develop a snappy, informative, user friendly and accessible website.

Measurable Outcomes

Often our remit extends beyond that of a traditional PR company, and this was no exception, with heavy involvement in the interiors, helping with the appointment of an interior designer, the selection of kitchens and assistance in the design of the marketing suite.

Willow Homes is receiving excellent feedback from buyers who are thrilled with the service they have received. The website has helped drive a lot of interest to the marketing suite where the show home is attracting a great deal of attention.

A consistency in our messaging across advertising, press articles and social media has enabled the selling agents to achieve a high proportion of reservations on the first release of properties.
